Vernon W. Wilson

Gilly had a heart of gold and would help any and everyone. Gilly enjoyed nature, playing card games, watching football and spending quality time with friends/family. Throughout life’s good and bad times, Gilly’s infamous words were, “I’ll be alright.”

Gilly leaves to mourn his mother, Mary J. Wilson; sister: Dorothy Wilson (Arthur Draper); brothers: James L. Wilson and Edward Wilson (Josephine); a devoted friend Debra Lewis and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was proceeded in death by his father, James W. Wilson (Bobby) and brother Aaron Wilson (Lonnie).

We love you and will miss you dearly!
