Kimball Pratt

Kimball Pratt, son of the late Willie and Mary Lou Pratt was born February 19, 1925 in King George, Virginia. He departed this life into a peaceful rest on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at 9:20 a.m. at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home, in King George after a long illness. At an early age he accepted Christ and joined the Union Bethel Baptist Church where he served faithfully until his health began to fail. He also was a member of the Peace and Light Lodge.

He was employed as a laborer at Dahlgren early in life before becoming disabled. Kimball was a quiet man who enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Etta Jaloh, Washington, D.C.; an adopted son, Leon Jordan, Sr. and his wife Ruby, King George, VA; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
